TechimpexUSA’s™ number one manufacturing goal is to build heavy duty machine rollers. If the project at hand is to move large, heavy loads then the tools and equipment must be up to the task. At first glance, the sheer weight of our machinery rollers alone demonstrates the amount of solid, strong, beefy materials we incorporate into our designs.

We purposely “overbuild” our heavy machine rollers with thick plating, extra thick struts and substantial bearings. Our high-quality Urethane Rollers are built to last while still offering flooring surface protection.

Robot Welding for Consistency

All TechimpexUSA™ models of heavy machinery rollers have been professionally engineered to the highest design standards. Our machine moving rollers have been systematically improved over the years with many Innovative Design Features for top-notch performance.

Almost all of the welds on our various machinery moving rollers are performed by high-tech, precision welding robots. Utilizing robot welding in our manufacturing process ensures consistent, defect-free fabrication. Manufacturing consistency helps ensure rugged, long-lasting performance. Our SFT 3-Point Series is a perfect example of the strength and consistency showcased in our model lineup.

Extra Strut Design

The heavier weight-rated capacity models in our lineup of machine rollers, feature a heavy duty strut design. This particularly rugged detail places a thick strut between each set of Durable Urethane Rollers. This heavy duty design feature is found within the rollers cassettes of the ST Steerable Models and the FT Fixed Models which also combine into the SFT 3-Point Series.

The extra strut design helps stabilize the load when moving heavy machinery and more evenly distributes the stress on the machinery roller’s axles and frames. Without this design feature, it is possible for the axles to become warped, bent or possibly even destroyed under extreme loading conditions. The heavy-duty, extra-strut detail ensures the longevity of the heavy machine rollers, giving the user many years of hard, rugged machine moving capability.

Bent Plate for Strength

FT Fixed Models and IFT Single Models feature an innovative bent-plate design that maximizes strength while eliminating welds. Forming radiused bends at the corners of the loading surface provides superior strength above a simple welded connection. Hard and frequent industrial use demands this type of heavy duty design feature to ensure safe and successful heavy equipment moving.  These models of heavy machinery rollers will provide year after year of dependable and durable use.

Thick Weldable Surfaces

TechimpexUSA™ builds all our models of machine moving rollers with heavy duty, substantial design features. For instance, our RT Rotating Models utilize a thick, solid loading plate that will literally handle tons of heavy machinery loads. The smaller capacity RT models are built with a 1/2 inch thick, high-grade steel loading plate, while the higher machinery moving rollers feature an even beefier 5/8 inch thick high-grade steel loading plate.

This extra-thick loading plate design offers the user the opportunity to weld custom attachments directly to the surface of the loading plate. The weldability of the loading plate area provides the user with tremendous versatility in various machine moving applications. The heavy duty design of the RT rotating series is perfect for rigging jobs that require a specialized interface between the load and the loading plate.

Performance Bearings

All models of machine rollers manufactured by TechimpexUSA™ utilize several different bearing styles. The durable urethane rollers contain either a single or double roller bearing configuration. All models of ST Steerable Models operate with heavy duty thrust bearings of various sizes depending on the loading capacity. The RT Rotating Series lineup makes use of several heavy duty, hard-working tapered roller bearings to produce their unique and versatile rotating characteristic.

Whatever the application, TechimpexUSA™ only uses use bearings that perform to the highest standard. Each bearing application is engineered with a substantial safety factor to provide excess durability and strength. This fits consistently with our manufacturing philosophy of overbuilding for Guaranteed Strength and Reliability.

Handle & Eye Hook Assembly

SFT 3-Point Models and ST Steerable Models feature a reinforced, welded handle that facilitates pushing or pulling a heavy machine. The design is rugged and durable enough to handle the most demanding heavy moving projects. Additionally, the Eye Hook & Handle design is beefy and strong enough to accommodate the various chaining or strapping methods that may be necessary to get the transporting job done. The solid steel pull handle provides convenient maneuvering of the ST Steerable Unit when positioning it by hand under a large, bulky load.

The Handle & Eye Hook Assembly is also available as an add-on attachment for the RT Rotating Models as well.

Rugged, Multi-Purpose Handles

IFT Single Skates and FT Fixed Dollies feature a useful and rugged handle for heavy industrial use. The solidly-welded handle on the IFT and FT units is useful, not only for carrying and maneuvering the machinery rollers into place, but the handle also doubles as a place to attach hooks, chain, ropes etc. to assist in moving a heavy load.

The handles cut into the loading plate of the RT Rotating Models provide a convenient method for carrying the heavy machine rollers. Holding the heavy machinery rollers by the incorporated handle places the user’s hands in a position that won’t get pinched or injured when the rotating casters all pivot downward. The handle slot is big enough to comfortably fit an adult hand on the smaller capacity RT models. The larger capacity RT models utilize a longer, wider slot that can accommodate two hands so that more than one person can assist in carrying and positioning the machine moving rollers.
