10-Year Warranty*

TechimpexUSA™ offers an exclusive 10-Year Warranty on all of our American-Manufactured heavy commercial dollies. The warranty covers each skate model in our lineup for manufacturing defects. The skates must be used in accordance with our

PROPER LOADING AND USE guidelines:

• Always check machine skate(s) before use for any damage or irregularities that might hinder performance

• Load MUST NOT EXCEED indicated loading capacity of the particular skate model

• Load must be placed on the designed loading area of the particular skate model

• Load must be lowered gently onto the designed loading area of the particular skate model

• NO SHOCK LOADING which occurs when a load is dropped rapidly from any height onto the skates

• Load must be spread out evenly across all the skates involved in the transporting configuration

• Load must be transported/rolled on a suitable, level surface

• Transporting/rolling speed of the skates when loaded MUST NOT EXCEED one (1) mile per hour

• Always use connecting bar for FT-Series Fixed Machine Skate(s)

• Never allow load to tip or tilt in an unsafe manner

• Never place hands, arms, feet, head, or other body parts under a load

• Safety apparel including (but not limited to) hard hats and safety shoes should always be worn and other necessary safety precautions should always be utilized and observed

• If the potential user does not possess the expertise or experience involved with machine skates and heavy load moving then professional rigging and heavy machinery personnel should be employed

HOWEVER, we know in the real world that STUFF happens. In the event that the heavy commercial skates & dollies are damaged, we will work with each customer on a case by case basis to provide repairs or replacement parts at reasonable prices. We are dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. Our goal is great customer service and we will do what it takes to keep our customers satisfied and productive.

*Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Normal wear and tear or damage due to overloading or improper use is not covered. Deterioration of the urethane roller surfaces over time due to normal and typical use is expected. As such, the urethane rollers are excluded from the warranty.
