Individual IFT Series
IFT series individual fixed travel machine skate and machinery dollies are useful for moving heavy industrial machinery when flexibility is important. IFT individual or single machinery dollies are the most cost effective and "simple" model of machine skate models. They simply offer the most load capacity per dollar spent. A single machine skate can be used in a variety of ways depending on the heavy load moving situation. For smaller footprint loads, sometimes one unit will do the trick. Other times, the user may have to use several machinery dollies to support the load sufficiently. Load turning is limited with the IFT series so they are often paired with a ST series steerable machine skate or RT rotating machinery dollies for better load maneuvering capability.
IFT Series Machine Skate Design Features
Heavy duty strut design
An IFT series machine skate features a heavy duty strut design which incorporates a thick stabilizing and supporting strut between each roller. This provides for maximum strength, durability and performance.
Low clearance from a low profile design
The IFT series machinery dollies feature the same low height profile as all the TechimpexUSA machine skate models. This facilitates the quickest and most efficient way to move a heavy machine or load because the load only has to be raised 4.25" for the machinery dollies to be positioned in place under the heavy load.
Rugged carrying handle
An IFT series machine skate also features a heavy duty built-in carrying and positioning handle. Not only does it provide a convenient and necessary way to transport the machinery dollies, ropes and chains can also be attached to provide additional positioning assistance.
Bolt on axle design
An IFT series machine skate features an easy bolt on / bolt off axle assembly. If the need arises for cleaning or replacing the high quality urethane rollers, the changeover is simple and quick. No unique or finesse-type tools are necessary, just a couple of simple wrenches.
